Chris Day, VLCE Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator
When I made the decision to take animal products off my plate in 2013 I had no idea it would be the beginning of a chain of events that would lead me to become a vegan hospitality consultant.
A year after going vegan, I attended Victoria Moran’s Main Street Vegan Academy in New York City, and earned my certification as a vegan lifestyle coach and educator (VLCE). It was an incredible experience and I learned so much about the future of veganism and it put me into a network of some of the biggest movers and shakers in the industry.
In 2016, I completed Rouxbe Culinary School‘s Professional Plant-Based Cooking course and went on to complete its Forks Over Knives course in 2020. Both courses equipped me with the tools I needed to not only cook delicious and nutritious plant-based meals but to pass those lessons along to my clients.
In an effort to learn more about how a whole-foods, plant-based diet can lead to optimum health, I earned a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the highly acclaimed T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies in 2020.
I consider it my life’s work to help establishments discover the benefits of catering to vegans. Let me show you how to increase your bottom line.
